Terms of Service
Translation work begins after the receipt of 30% advance. When the translation is complete, a sample of the translated text is sent, and the complete product is delivered after payment in full. Work products are delivered in electronic formats (Word/Excel/pdf), except for certified translations, which we deliver printed on paper, signed and stamped.
Quality guarantee
Requests for revision are accepted within 5 business days from delivery. Revisions resulting from translation errors or omissions are completed free of charge.
Non-disclosure
Professional ethical standards require translators and reviewers to treat every assignment as confidential. All information, every text, image, and other material encountered during the work process is kept secret, and is never disclosed to third parties or used for any other purpose than the service requested by the client.
Certified Translation
Az általunk elkészített vagy lektorált fordítás hivatalos záradékolásának díja a fordítási/lektorálási díj 10%-a, de maximum 20 000 Ft.
A záradékolt (hivatalos) fordítást cégszerűen aláírt és lepecsételt megfelelőségi igazolással látjuk el, amelyben mind a forrásnyelven, mind a célnyelven tanúsítjuk, hogy a fordítást hivatásos szakfordító készítette, és az mindenben megegyezik az eredeti szöveggel.
Az ilyen típusú záradékolt fordításokat a hivatalok és intézmények a legtöbb esetben elfogadják. Ha hiteles fordítás szükségessége merül fel, érdemes előzetesen érdeklődni, hogy megfelel-e a hivatalos záradékkal ellátott fordítás is.
Felhívjuk figyelmét, hogy a Magyarországon hatályos jogszabályok szerint a záradékkal ellátott fordítás nem minősül közhitelesnek. Hiteles fordítást Magyarországon kizárólag az Országos Fordító- és Fordításhitelesítő Iroda (OFFI) jogosult készíteni. Bizonyos dokumentumtípusokat azonban – pl. cégjogi iratokat – a szakfordító is jogosult hitelesíteni.
